Summer Fete 2005

This year's summer fete will be held on Saturday 18^th June 2005. Once again we are asking for your help.

Non - Uniform days

There will be 2 non-uniform days as follows:

Friday 20^th May - YN - Y6 - bottles for the bottle tombola

Friday 17^th June - YN - Y2 - cakes

                        - Y3 - Y6 - new toys for the toy tombola

Donations

We need donations of the following items:

Bric a brac

Plants/compost/pots

Secondhand uniform

Books/dvds/videos

Old plates for the smash a plate stall

Secondhand toys

Good quality soft toys for the cuddly toy tombola

After half term there will be tables  in the infant playground where donations can be left .

Help!

 Please let us know if you can help us with any of the following:

We need a van available to transport bales of straw the day before the fete and to return them the day after the fete.

We need windbreaks for the day of the fete.

We are also looking for plug-in TV games (not Gamecube/Playstation etc) which we could borrow for the day of the fete.

If anyone knows a friendly greengrocer who would like to donate a bag of coconuts to us please let us know.

Advance warning that we will be requesting donations for the international food stall, details will follow.

Stall Holders

If anyone is available to help out on the day of the fete please let your class rep know. Any time you can spare, no matter how short, will be greatly welcomed.
