Christmas Fayre
Saturday 19th November
11.30am - 3.30pm
Non-Uniform Days
We have 2 non-uniform days coming up on Friday 21st October and Friday 18th November.
On Friday 21st October could classes YN, YR, Y1 and Y2 please bring in new toiletries for the toiletries stall. Could Y3, Y4, Y5 and Y6 please bring in new gifts such as toys, games, books, DVDs, videos, stationery, candles etc. The aim of these stalls is to sell items which would make good Christmas presents. So we would be grateful if you could bear this in mind when purchasing these items. We would also be grateful if, where possible, you could leave the price on the item to help us when pricing the items.
On the second non-uniform day on Friday 18th November, could YN, YR, Y1 and Y2 please bring in cakes. Homemade is always popular. Please label the cakes and we would be grateful if they did not contain nuts or fresh cream. Please do not bring cakes in containers you wish to have returned as it is impossible to keep track of them. Could Y3, Y4, Y5 and Y6 please bring in bottles for the bottle tombola, if possible alcohol is preferred.
Sweetie Jar Tombola
It is time to start collecting those empty glass jars for the ever-popular Sweetie Jar Tombola. Please bring in jars filled with sweets the week beginning 14th November. For each jar brought in the child will receive a raffle ticket. Individual classes will draw their raffles on Friday 18th November. This is always a very successful stall so please fill as many jars as you can.
Help Needed
If you are able to spare some time on the day to help out on a stall, please speak to your class rep or me. Even if you can only spare an hour on the day, all help is gratefully received. If you have volunteered and I have not spoken to you before the event please assume you will be needed.
Vacancy
A vacancy has arisen for a gentleman of a jolly disposition who looks good in red and is able to go ?Ho! Ho! Ho!? If you are interested in the position and are available on Saturday 19th November, please speak to myself or one of the year reps.
Thank you very much for your continued support. We hope you can all come and have an enjoyable day.
